wow! i think this is suicide. u won't be ble to comply to such a diet ! it seems u r still in the beginning and u r still motivated. What u r doing is not a healthy diet. u're not taking enough vitamins and minerals... where is the protein in ur diet? just in the cup of milk but it is not enough... u should follow a healoth diet with a dietitian, these are fad diets... u will reach a plateau later on and our metabolism will decrease and when u start to eat again u will get fat. don't do this. eat 5 meals a day not less than 1200 Kcal
