Facebook issues!!! PLEASE HELP!!?

My sister installed something called FBSkins and now all of the facebook accounts on our computer have ad banners, a dislike option, and for some reason every time I send a smiley face, or any other emoticon, it turns into an actual yellow smiley face ( like the ones at Walmart ). I deleted every app and Google chrome extension so what should I do? I'm mainly trying to get rid of those damn smiley faces, they look really freaking goofy >:(
