BLAH. I hate the stupid classic B12 question. You need such a small amout, it's rediculous to even worry about it. Drink some soy/almond/rice milk every day, or eat more broccoli and I promise you, you'll be just fine. It's probably because you aren't eating right/enough. Make sure you're getting a variety of fruits/vegetables and other healthy what nots, and you'll be good to go. (:
